Before joining Earnix, Noga worked for over 10 years in the banking industry and held strategic project management positions, leading strategic and organizational transformations in top Israeli corporates.

Dan Latimore
Chief Research Officer, Celent

Daniel W. Latimore, CFA, is Celent’s Chief Research Officer, based in the firm's Boston office. As CRO he develops analyst research methodologies and coordinates topic selection across the firm. In addition to his role as CRO, Mr. Latimore is also a member of the Retail Banking team. His banking areas of focus include the banking ecosystem, digital banking and emerging technologies, and innovation. Underlying each is a keen interest in consumer behavior and technology-enabled strategy. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and client gatherings, having addressed audiences ranging from intimate meetings of CEOs and central banks to conference keynotes in more than a dozen countries. He led research groups at Deloitte and IBM, worked in industry Liberty Mutual and Merrill Lynch (where he lived in New York, Tokyo and London), and was a consultant at McKinsey & Co. He received a Masters in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA institute.

Jim Guszcza is a Research Affiliate at Stanfordױs Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences, co-leading a project on human-centered AI. Jim has worked as data scientist for two decades and is the first person to be designated Deloitteױs U.S. Chief Data Scientist. He is a former professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison business school, holds a PhD in philosophy from The University of Chicago, and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society. Jim serves on the scientific advisory board of the Psychology of Technology Institute.

Jonathan Holman is a technologist and banker who runs Digital for Santander in SME, Commercial and Corporate Banking in the UK. He is a mechanical engineer by undergraduate degree and has a masters' degree in banking management and practice. He has held roles in coverage (relationship banking), credit risk, operations, strategy, change and leadership. He researched and wrote his masters' degree dissertation, using scale social data in credit risk modelling, using ML / AI, which was a global first. Jonathan's team and he have won 8 global industry awards in recent years for their work in banking technology. Jonathan is a visiting scholar at the LIBF university college, amongst other academic institutions, advising and teaching on Fintech and Regtech.

Over his 30-year career at Ford and Ford Credit, Dr. McCarthy developed a broad range of forecasting, simulation, and scoring models for Auto Finance for both U.S and international markets. He established and managed many of the analytic teams at the core of Ford Credit’s Global Analytics function, including credit losses, lease residual values, securitization, and capital adequacy. For Marketing, he developed structured program evaluation processes for marketing and pricing actions, established. contract level profitability expectations, and initiated auto loan price optimization. Most recently he built a team to provide analytics for the FordPass consumer app and oversaw model governance for Ford Marketing Analytics, even as he continued to support Ford Credit’s lease-renewal optimization program.

Giovanni Oppenheim serves as head of Banking Solutions within the company, working with global financial institutions as a trusted advisor and industry expert to define strategic requirements and accelerate adoption of advanced analytical capabilities in the fields of pricing and product personalization for both retail and commercial banking.Until recently Giovanni headed the Professional Services Banking Team in Earnix, a global team of consultants servicing Earnix banking customers. As such, Giovanni has been responsible for the design, management, and delivery of Earnix implementation projects for a wide variety of banking products, from unsecured loans to mortgages, from term deposits to short- and medium/long-term lending facilities to businesses. Giovanni holds an MA in Economics from Princeton University and a BA in Economics (Discipline Economiche e Sociali) from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' in Milan, Italy, and studied toward an MA in Economics at Tel-Aviv University in Israel. He speaks English, Italian, Hebrew and basic French.

In 1991, Udi co-founded TopTier Software, an enterprise portal company and co-led it to a successful acquisition by SAP in 2001. Udi then became a General Manager at SAP, a global software company, where he was responsible for the SBS (Small Business Solutions) Global Business Unit and oversaw its very successful global expansion. Following SAP, Udi was President of NICE Systems’ Enterprise Group with responsibility for its $600M Customer Interaction business. Prior to joining Earnix, Udi was CEO of Pontis, a leading digital customer engagement company, and drove its significant growth resulting in its acquisition by Amdocs in 2016.

 Udi Ziv has 30 years of experience as a CEO, entrepreneur, and senior executive at the intersection of the financial services and technology sectors. As CEO at Earnix, Udi is focused on accelerating the company’s growth, enhancing the company’s line of products, and scaling its business operations out of its seven global hubs. Udi holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
