Sir Nigel Wilson
Chairman, Canary Wharf Group

Sir Nigel is the Chairman of CWG. He joined in July 2024 as the successor to Sir George Iacobescu CBE. Sir Nigel most recently held the role of Chief Executive of Legal and General from 2012 to 2024, having joined the company in 2009 as its Chief Financial Officer. Legal and General was voted Britain’s Most Admired Company in 2022 and 2023 and Sir Nigel was voted Britain’s Most Admired Leader in 2017. Legal & General managed $1.5 trillion.

Sir Nigel was knighted for services to the Financial Services Industry, Regional Development and Sport in the 2022 New Year’s Honours List. Sir Nigel has served on the Business Councils of successive Prime Ministers he was also a member of the Government’s Levelling Up Advisory Council, the Life Sciences Industrial Strategy Implementation Board and is a member of the Science and Innovation Council.

Tim Harford
Senior Columnist, The Financial Times

Tim Harford is a world-renowned behavioural economist, award-winning Financial Times columnist, data detective and BBC broadcaster. Described as ‘Britain’s Malcolm Gladwell’ (and as 'a genius at telling stories that illuminate our world' by Gladwell himself), and by the New Statesman as ‘perhaps the best popular economics writer in the world’, Tim brings storytelling, humour, insight and intelligence to the world of data, work and statistics.

His long-running Radio 4 show and podcast More or Less looks at the truth behind the dubious statistics and manipulated figures making the news, whilst his Cautionary Tales podcast is a journey through stories of human error and its unexpected impact, with guests including Russell Tovey and Alan Cumming.

Professor Kevin Fong OBE
Physician, Broadcaster and Expert in Risk, Innovation and Extreme Environments

Professor Kevin Fong is a Consultant in Anaesthesia at University College Hospital in London, part of their Emergency Response and Major Incident Planning Teams, and serves with the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service. During the pandemic he was seconded to NHS England as National Clinical Advisor in Emergency Preparedness Resilience and Response for Covid-19. Kevin specialises in risk, decision-making and innovation,
holds degrees in Astrophysics, Medicine and Engineering, and is also a science broadcaster and writer.

Robin Gilthorpe
Chief Executive Officer, Earnix

Robin Gilthorpe, a veteran of the financial services sector, has 25 years of experience as a successful business leader. During his career, he has held executive and board leadership roles at technology and insurance companies, including TIBCO, Software AG, DataSynapse and ESW Capital. In his most recent role, Gilthorpe served as founding Chief Operating Officer of Salty, the pioneer of embedded insurance.

He graduated with a degree in Economics and Italian Studies from Lancaster University, and was selected as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum.

Osnat Yanushevsky Yakoby
Chief Customer Officer, Earnix

Osnat Yanushevsky Yacoby brings over 20 years of global leadership experience in Banking, FinTech, and Retail Technology, driving complex, multi-million-dollar operations across the US, Asia, and Israel. She began her career at Thomson Reuters in 1996, holding program management roles in both the US and Israel, and laying the foundation for a career at the intersection of technology and business transformation.

She later led treasury technology innovation at Israel Discount Bank and directed APAC Professional Services for Finantix in Singapore, managing large-scale wealth management and regulatory programs across the region. As COO of Trax Technologies, Osnat built and scaled global operations from the ground up. Since 2019, she has served as Chief Customer Officer at Earnix, playing a key leadership role in the company’s rapid global growth and success.

Osnat holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business in New York.

Rick Lanter
SVP, Product Strategy & Development, CSAA

Rick is responsible for designing, building, and delivering new and enhanced auto and property insurance products and underwriting strategy. He also ensures ease of doing business for customers and agents via the company’s digital quote and bind experiences.

Under Rick’s leadership, CSAA IG has modernized underwriting and risk selection strategy; built new Pet and Motorcycle insurance products; developed modern quoting latforms for agents and customers; and advanced strategic direction in auto insurance, telematics, and property insurance.

Prior to joining CSAA IG, Rick held various leadership roles at Assurant, Hanover Insurance Group, and Travelers. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Business Administration from Yale University School of Management.

Be'eri Mart
Chief Product Officer, Earnix

Be’eri serves as Chief Product Officer and the Head of Global Banking at Earnix. He is responsible for accelerating value-delivery, market expansion, and growth for the company’s offerings. 

A 20-year veteran of the financial services industry, Be’eri has extensive experience developing and leading product management teams, with an eye toward intelligent innovation. He served as Vice President, General Manager Fraud Line of Business at NICE Actimize and has many years of product experience as he has held multiple leadership roles in sales, product design and R&D over the course of his career.

Be’eri holds a Kellogg-Recanati Executive MBA from the University of Tel Aviv and Kellogg Northwestern, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Moses Nyama is a senior executive in short-term insurance (Chief Pricing and Analytics Officer), with deep expertise in risk modelling, pricing strategy, innovation in short-term insurance, and the intersection of climate change and short-term insurance. He is currently leading initiatives that enhance pricing capability and drive shared value across the insurance value chain. He is passionate about leveraging data to drive sustainable value and improve customer outcomes.

Witold Oleksiewicz

Head of Retail Non-Life and Life Tariff Department, UNIQA Poland

With nearly 17 years of dedicated experience in insurance non-life pricing, Witold has built a distinguished career in Poland, advancing from an intern at Liberty Direct through its acquisitions by AXA and UNIQA. Recently promoted to Head of the Non-Life and Life Tariff Department at UNIQA, he oversees innovative pricing strategies and tariff development for diverse insurance portfolios. As a speaker at the Earnix Excelerate conference, Witold brings deep expertise in optimizing non-motor insurance models to drive industry excellence.

Erez Barak
Chief Technology Officer, Earnix

Erez Barak is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience in building high performing engineering teams and breakthrough products. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles at Microsoft and HP as well as co-founding Optify, a marketing software startup that was acquired by Marketo. Erez is dedicated to nurturing employees’ passion for creating innovative technologies and engaging product experiences that deliver customer value. His approach to team building is rooted in trust building, open communication, customer obsession and a growth mindset.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Math as well-as an MBA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Todd Walker

SVP, Chief Actuary, CSAA

As Chief Actuary and Senior Vice President of Actuary, Todd Walker reports to Ryan Vigus, Executive Vice President, Personal Lines Product. Leading the actuarial team, Walker has broad strategic and executional responsibility spanning all core actuarial functions within the company, including personal and commercial lines. 

Walker joined CSAA Insurance Group after more than 20 years at USAA. He previously served as Assistant Vice President of the Auto National Product team, where he developed the strategy for and led the execution of USAA’s largest rating segmentation overhaul. Walker is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and has served on the board of the Society of Insurance Research as Vice President of Public Relations & Communications and as Treasurer.

Kathy Klingler
Chief Marketing Officer, Earnix

Kathy Klingler is an accomplished global marketing and business executive with more than 25 years of experience accelerating growth and elevating brand leadership across technology, financial services, insurance, cybersecurity, and healthcare. As Chief Marketing Officer at Earnix, she is advancing a customer-first strategy, sharpening Earnix’s differentiated value proposition, and expanding global awareness of the company as it heads into its next phase of growth. Kathy has held senior executive and board roles at Santander Bank, Manulife, Fidelity Investments, Rapid7, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Brightcove. Recognized for driving transformation and AI-driven customer experiences, she has repositioned major brands, guided multi-national organizations through acquisitions and growth, and built high-performing global teams in highly regulated industries.

Aaron Wright

Director, Strategy, Earnix

Aaron Wright, FCAS, CPCU is the director of strategy for Earnix and fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) with 20+ years of P&C actuarial experience. Utilizing his insurance expertise, Aaron sets company strategy and works with global insurance companies to modernize their insurance technology stack. Prior to joining Earnix, he worked in a variety of insurance executive roles, including Pricing, State Management, Catastrophe Management, Insurance Transformation, and leading a Modeling Center of Excellence.

Partner, Deloitte Canada

Brad leads Deloitte’s Pricing and Rating transformation practice. Brad has been supporting clients their pricing transformation journeys, helping enable clients to build the capabilities to bring more sophistication into their pricing and rating.

Marie Carter

Head of Pricing, AllClear Insurance

Marie Carter is currently the Head Of Pricing at AllClear. At AllClear she has led the transformation of pricing. Prior to this role, Marie worked at Digital Partners as a Senior Pricing Manager. Marie also has experience as a Senior Pricing Analyst at Towergate Insurance and RAC.

Marcus Looft

Director, Strategy, Earnix

Marcus is a qualified actuary with 25 years of experience in insurance. He held leadership positions with Allianz and AXA, and consulted for Earnix, Milliman, and WTW. He co-founded Simpego, an insurer in Switzerland that uses AI-driven market pricing and cloud-based legacy systems. He's currently Director of Strategy for Earnix.

Nicolas Leclercq

Lead Pricing and Climatic Modelling, Matmut

Nicolas brings over 12 years of experience working with pricing and actuarial teams across the Property & Casualty insurance industry. He currently leads technical pricing at MATMUT for the P&C portfolio, with a recent focus on assessing the vulnerability of portfolios to climatic events.

Tadeusz Prochwicz 

Head of Technical Excellence, UNIQA International

Tadeusz Prochwicz is Head of Technical Excellence at UNIQA, where he is responsible for the development of Retail & Bancassurance pricing capabilities across the group’s international markets. He brings 18 years of insurance and financial services experience, having served as Product & Pricing MD at Warta, the 2nd biggest Polish insurer, where he managed a 1+ billion EUR motor insurance portfolio. As a Project Leader with the Boston Consulting Group's global insurance practice, he co-created a pan-European pricing maturity benchmark and led strategic initiatives for leading European insurers. Prior to that Tadeusz developed risk and pricing models as a Quant at GLG Partners (Man Group). He holds an MSc in Theoretical Computer Science and a Certificate in Quantitative Finance.

Christophe Bourguignat

Head of Zelros Product and Engineering, Earnix

Christophe has over 25 years of experience in transforming businesses through technology. Before co-founding  Zelros, acquired by Earnix, Christophe worked at AXA Data Innovation Lab and Datarobot. Christophe makes many contributions to the industry, i.e. he is an advocate for responsible and fair use of technology with Responsible AI, as well as transforming the customer experience with hyper-personalized recommendations across channels. He has also contributed to Zelros as a company by fostering a culture of humility, trust, and innovation.

Charlène Berthier

Head of Customer Success, Earnix

Charlène Berthier brings over 11 years of experience in the tech industry, with a strong focus on management, AI-driven innovation, and customer success. She began her career in consulting at Accenture, where she took part in large-scale transformation programs for major companies.

At Zelros, she has played a key role as the Head of Customer Success. Her team has been a leading force in deploying AI solutions across leading French insurers and banks, helping operational teams and business users adopt cutting-edge technologies in complex, regulated environments.

Stanislas Roth

Chief Technical Officer, Stellantis Insurance

Stanislas Roth is a French actuary with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily within the AXA Group. He has held a range of senior roles in P&C pricing and underwriting across France, Belgium, and the AXA Group. Prior to joining Stellantis Insurance, Stanislas served as Chief Data Officer at AXA France.

Johana Moreno Orjuela 

Head of Zelros Product, Earnix

Johana Moreno Orjuela is the Head of Product at Zelros by Earnix, where she leads the design and development of solutions for the banking and insurance industries. With over 16 years of experience in product management, spanning digital services to SaaS platforms, Johana focuses on building innovative, value-driven products that address the complex needs of financial institutions.

An engineer by training, Johana studied at the School of Engineering in Colombia and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology of Compiègne in France. She is driven by a passion for solving meaningful problems—working closely with users to uncover their true needs and craft smart, impactful products that make a real difference.

Adriaan Saaiman

Head of Pricing & Product Development, Momentum Insure

Adriaan Saaiman is the Head of Pricing and Product Development at Momentum Insure. A specialist in short-term insurance pricing, he holds a BSc (Honours) in Actuarial Science from North-West University in South Africa. With over 16 years of experience across the short-term insurance industry, Adriaan developed his expertise at several underwriting firms before joining Momentum Insure in 2023.  
He is passionate about the science and craft of pricing, constantly exploring new methods, tools, and insights to refine his practice and become a better pricing practitioner. He particularly enjoys translating complex pricing concepts and technical detail into clear, relatable insights for executives, sales teams, and broader business stakeholders. This helps foster alignment across functions and supports the achievement of strategic and commercial objectives.

Luba Orlovsky is the Principal Researcher at Earnix, a global provider of intelligent, composable, SaaS solutions for insurers and banks. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering and a Master of Science in operations research from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology. During her career she’s held different analytics related roles in several companies, from algorithm developer and market analyst to head of analytics in the customer experience department and principal researcher today in Earnix.

Oren Kohavi

Director, Customer Business Solutions,

Oren Kohavi, an expert data scientist, serves as the Head of Knowledge and Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Earnix. With a wealth of experience, Oren specializes in implementing cutting-edge analytical, optimization, and integration performed by Earnix across the world.

Before joining Earnix, Oren worked as a statistical consultant at G-Stat in Europe, where he provided services to financial institutions, focused on developing statistical models for credit risk and churn.

Oren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Economics from the Jerusalem Hebrew University and a Master degree in Finance Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University.

Barak Rozenwax is the GenAI Platform Product Manager at Earnix, where he leads the development of scalable generative AI capabilities across the company’s product suite. With a background in AI, big data, and enterprise software, Barak brings over a decade of experience in building and managing innovative products across both startups and large tech organizations.

Richard Lamb

Professional Services Consultant, Earnix

RIchard joined Earnix as a Professional Services Consultant in 2021. Richard is responsible for analytical projects, price optimization and automation.

Richard’s actuarial background allows him to analyze complex data sets and develop statistical models for pricing and monitoring, helping Earnix clients to better meet their business goals.

Richard has been working in the actuarial and data analytics world for over 10 years. Prior to joining Earnix he worked for Voom Insurance as a Data Scientist and before that at Mercer UK as an Actuarial Consultant.

Richard has experience in insurance pricing, programming, statistical methodology and visualizations.

Richard is a fully qualified IFoA Actuary (FIA), holds an MSc. in Actuarial Finance from Imperial College London and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from The University of Manchester.

Yaakov Moser

Vice-CEO, Head of General Insurance Actuarial Department, Menora Mivtachim Group

Yaakov is a Fellow of the Israel Association of Actuaries and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. He began his career in actuarial consulting, covering all actuarial fields (pensions, life, health, and general insurance). Twelve years ago, he transitioned to the role of appointed actuary in general insurance. For nearly six years, Yaakov has been in his current position, where he is responsible for both pricing and reserving. He is a strong advocate for leveraging technology to make actuarial work more efficient and impactful.

Paul Webster

Business Solutions Engineer, Earnix

Paul has spent more than 25 years in insurance technology, working with insurers, MGAs, large corporate brokers, and non-financial services businesses across a broad range of transformation projects. His experience spans P&C, Health, and Life insurance, working in more than 30 different countries. With a passion for solution engineering, he enjoys selling the real benefit and value that technology can deliver to insurers, focusing on solving real business problems whilst consulting on how organisations can transform using innovation. He has been with Earnix since 2023 and currently works as a Business Solutions Engineer in the EMEA region.
