Justin Clarke has been in the insurance industry for 23 years, undertaking numerous actuarial and underwriting work. He has worked mainly for large insurers, namely Allianz, AXA, Direct line group and RSA. Justin has vast experience in all facets of insurance pricing and underwriting, including personal lines, SME and large commercial. At DLG, Justin was involved in setting up both the price optimization and risk pricing teams, overseeing a new rating engine deployment and R&D, and was the CUO for CL. At his current position at RSA, Justin began within the Group Pricing function, working on general group performance oversight and improving standards, and is now within the CUO PL role.

Marcel is the Head of Product Management at BavariaDirekt Insurance. Together with his Actuaries and Product Managers, Marcel is responsible for innovating and creating products that customers want, in a profitable way for the company. As an actuary himself, Marcel previously worked in the German property space for over ten years. He has specialized in car insurance pricing and worked for over ten years for Direct Line Insurance and Verti Insurance.

Named by The Observer as “one of the world’s leading thinkers” and by Vogue as “one of the world’s most inspiring women,” economist Noreena Hertz is a bestselling author, broadcaster and keynote speaker. Her best-selling books, The Silent Takeover; IOU: The Debt Threat; and Eyes Wide Open, are published in 22 countries.

Noreena Hertz graduated from university when she was 19 years old. Within four years she was advising the Russian government on its economic reforms and investors on M&A transactions as the Russian economy opened up to capitalism. At the age of 29, Noreena was working with the governments of Israel, Egypt, Palestine and Jordan on the role economics could play in the Middle East peace process. 

Noreena has a PhD from Cambridge University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a Visiting Professor at University College London.

Harrison Jones spent his career in actuarial and data science roles before joining Deloitte in 2015. Today, his primary focus is on providing specialist support in P&C insurance, most notably pricing strategy and implementation. He has co-led several Earnix implementation and design phase projects for large Canadian insurers. He also has experience managing projects in other fields in P&C insurance, such as audit, valuation, capital modeling, and IFRS 17.

Nick is a member of the Executive Committee of Post Office Insurance and joined the business in January 2018. Nick runs the General Insurance portfolio covering Home, Motor and Pet products and has responsibility for Pricing & Data Analytics across the wider business. Nick has over a decade of experience in leadership roles at major UK insurance businesses, including Hastings Direct and BGL, in various product, commercial and partnership roles.

Francesco Miani graduated from Università degli Studi di Udine in Managerial Engineering. He started working at Assicurazioni Generali in 2008 as Motor Expert; after several years working in many P&C Retail projects in Europe, he moved to Brazil in the Generali LATAM Regional Office as P&C Retail and Claims Manager, working for 3 years; in 2017 he moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, to work at La Caja de Ahorro y Seguros, first as Head of Motor and since 2020 as Chief Insurance Officer. Starting August 1st he is Head of Strategic Projects within the International Central Team in Assicurazioni Generali.

Constantina joined ERGO Greece in 2019 and has been leading the Actuarial Pricing team, including the strategic initiative of further enhancing pricing sophistication within the organization. Milestones to this attempt have been the project of Earnix implementation and the pricing revamp of the Motor Line of Business. Prior to joining ERGO, Constantina worked as Case Pricing Consultant for RSA in London UK, where she was involved in the pricing of large commercial risks. During this time, she provided support in the technical pricing of regional schemes and the company’s delegated authority business, whilst also leading pricing reviews of large Motor and Profin accounts.

Robert Pick is the EVP & CIO for Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS), based in Philadelphia in the US, providing full-stack technology, digital and security services to Philadelphia Insurance, Tokio Marine America, and First Insurance Company of Hawai’i, as well as specific technical, business continuity, and HR systems services to four other Tokio Marine companies in North America.  He is also the Deputy Group CITO for Tokio Marine Group globally, which consists of more than 200 companies in 40 countries with $40B annual turn and 40,000 employees. 

Bob serves as Vice Chair of Board of Trustees of the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra Music Institute, is a member of the Advisory Board of Johns Hopkins University Press, the strategic advisory boards for NTT Data, Guidewire, Sapiens and Insurity, and a number of VC and PE advisory boards.

Former F1 Number One Mechanic

Marc Priestley is McLaren F1's former Number One Mechanic. Drawing on his experiences with the World Championship-winning pit crew, he provides valuable insights for businesses on the power of teamwork, strategic planning and communication.

A single-minded focus took him from apprentice mechanic with a small racing team in North London (working on Caterham Seven kit cars) through Formula Ford, British GT, Formula 3, Formula 3000 and finally onto Formula One - the pinnacle of motor sport - in 2000. For an amazing ten years, Marc was part of McLaren's legendary pitstop crew and their Number One Mechanic, working alongside drivers such as Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button and Kimi Raikkönnen. His career with McLaren culminated in helping Lewis Hamilton become World Champion in 2008. Marc left the team in 2009 to pursue a media career.

Before being appointed as CEO, she was a member of the management board in charge of the finance division. She has extensive experience in the insurance sector, related both to finance and to insurance technique. When she was technical director at LINK4, she headed a department whose responsibilities included product creation and development, product pricing and insurance risk assessment. Until 2010, she was the company’s chief actuary.

She has been associated with the financial sector ever since the start of her career. Her first job was with Ernst & Young consultancy, where she spent four years participating in consulting projects and audits of financial statements of property insurers in Poland.

She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems. She holds an actuarial licence and is a member of ACCA.

Simba Joined Munch Re in 2019 to lead the pricing and analytics function of a new business unit tasked with writing high net worth business in the UK.

Simba now heads the performance management team within Munich Re Speciality Insurance (UK).

Prior to working for Munich Re he worked as a pricing professional in a number of companies in the UK insurance market across personal lines, commercial lines and healthcare.

In 1991, Udi co-founded TopTier Software, an enterprise portal company and co-led it to a successful acquisition by SAP in 2001. Udi then became a General Manager at SAP, a global software company, where he was responsible for the SBS (Small Business Solutions) Global Business Unit and oversaw its very successful global expansion. Following SAP, Udi was President of NICE Systems’ Enterprise Group with responsibility for its $600M Customer Interaction business. Prior to joining Earnix, Udi was CEO of Pontis, a leading digital customer engagement company, and drove its significant growth resulting in its acquisition by Amdocs in 2016.

 Udi Ziv has 30 years of experience as a CEO, entrepreneur, and senior executive at the intersection of the financial services and technology sectors. As CEO at Earnix, Udi is focused on accelerating the company’s growth, enhancing the company’s line of products, and scaling its business operations out of its seven global hubs. Udi holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Dror Pockard

Dror Pockard is an executive with over 30 years of experience building and leading start-ups, and in senior executive roles in large global companies. His expertise lies in strategy, business development, and M&A.

Prior to joining Earnix, Dror was CEO of Colibri Spindles Ltd., a company focused on connecting Industry 4.0 manufacturing devices with the emerging Internet of Things (IoT) market. 

Dror holds an MBA in Information Systems and a BA in Management and Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel. He is a mentor in the Israeli Microsoft Accelerator, and is a board member of the Branco Weiss Institute and Yuvalim, two charities in the education space.

Reuven Shnaps, Ph.D.

As the company’s Chief Analytics Officer, Reuven Shnaps leads the Earnix Analytics organization. In his role Reuven oversees Earnix product roadmap management and directs the company’s analytics strategy, as well as research and delivery for Earnix customers worldwide. Reuven has spent more than 20 years developing and analyzing advanced statistical and economic models. Over his 10+ years at Earnix, he has gained extensive experience in crafting analytical solutions, and managing and implementing pricing & analytical projects for leading financial institutions around the globe. Prior to joining Earnix, Reuven worked in the economic and statistical consulting group at Deloitte & Touche in the United States, serving corporate clients across multiple industries. He holds a PhD and a master of arts in economics from The University of Pennsylvania and a master of arts in business economics and a bachelor of arts in economics and statistics from Bar Ilan University.

Yaron has over 14 years of experience in delivering and defining advanced solutions for financial institutions worldwide. As VP Products, Yaron leads the product management team, responsible for product strategy, roadmap and definition. Before joining Earnix, Yaron was Founder and CEO of Pareto Pulse, a company that developed, marketed and sold predictive analytics solutions to global financial institutions. At Pareto Pulse, Yaron oversaw the entire product development cycle, starting from the idea phase through design, development and delivery and overseeing sales, marketing, business development and product development. Prior to founding Pareto Pulse, Yaron worked for Finastra, where he managed sales support for credit analysis solutions to strategic customer accounts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and oversaw new product initiatives in the area of credit analysis software. 

During his 14 year career in the financial services solutions space, Yaron has worked closely with financial institutions across the world and specializes in banking analytics and credit risk solutions. He holds an MBA degree in Finance and Technology Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yaron is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program of the IDF.

David Howland has over 20 years of experience crafting compelling brand stories and serving as a dynamic evangelist and thought leader. He has a successful track record of driving accelerated revenue and measurable impact through strategic initiatives across multiple industries and customer segments. 

As CMO of Earnix, David is responsible for extending awareness and adoption of Earnix’s compelling value proposition into new and existing markets while promoting the success of its customers. Previously, David led the global brand and digital marketing for Nasdaq, helping drive its growth and transition from a traditional financial services company into a FinTech pioneer. 

David holds an MA from the University of Oregon and a BA from the College of Wooster.

Osnat Yanushevsky Yacoby serves as VP Operations at Earnix.

Osnat has over 20 years of experience in running complex and multi-million-dollar operations around the globe (US, Singapore, Sri Lanka, India, Israel). She held leadership positions within the Banking, FinTech and Retail technology industries. In 2008, she took the role of Director for Finantix, heading APAC Professional Services Singapore, leading global wealth management and regulation programs for banks in the Asia Pacific region. In 2012 she was appointed as Trax Technologies COO, establishing the Company operations unit.

Osnat holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business, New York.
