Dame Inga Beale
Former CEO of Lloyd's of London
Dame Inga Beale is an experienced business leader having spent nearly four decades in financial services. From 2014 to 2018 her final executive role was as CEO of Lloyd’s of London. She now has a portfolio of non-executive roles as Chair of Mediclinic International plc, independent board member of Crawford & Company, NN Group, and of WTW.
During her 5 year tenure at the 330-year-old financial institution of Lloyd’s, Dame Inga took on many of the traditions that had held the organisation back. She modernised the market with the introduction of technology and, understanding the vital importance of inclusion in the workplace, she challenged the traditional “boys club” culture to make it a much more inclusive environment for all.

As Guidewire’s Chief Customer Officer, Christina helps customers to realize optimal value through their journey with Guidewire. Previously, Christina led cloud sales strategy globally at Guidewire, leveraging her commercial and operational cloud experience. She brings deep consulting knowledge to Guidewire programs as well as SaaS proficiency from her 15 years at Capgemini.
Christina also spent four years on the executive
leadership team of Virtustream, the mission-critical cloud company of Dell Technologies.

David Cummings

David Cummings serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Actuary, leading USAA’s Property and Casualty Insurance Actuary and Analytics group. His leadership brings together the actuarial science and analytics disciplines to further accelerate their pace in delivering advanced and predictive analytics.
Prior to joining USAA, David served as Senior Vice President of Insurance Operations and Analytics for ISO where he was responsible for insurance programs in personal lines, and for the development of new analytic products including the ISO Risk Analyzer suite. Before working for ISO, David was the Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for State Farm Insurance Companies.

Steffen Emde
Non-Life Pricing Actuary, VKB Group
Steffen Emde is an experienced Non-Life Actuary working in Motor Insurance. He joined VKB in 2017 as part of a trainee programme and has been working in Motor Insurance Pricing since 2018.
As an Earnix user from the start, he helped launch the initial Earnix-based products at VKB and has been working with Earnix on a daily basis since.
He holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Finance and Actuarial Science from the Technical University of Munich.

Dr. Felix Naumann

Felix Naumann works as a Non-Life Actuary at VKB group. He joined the Motor Insurance Pricing team in 2021 and has been working with Earnix extensively since then.
As a specialist in predictive modelling and big data applications, he has helped advance the integration of machine learning models and the automisation of modelling processes.
He holds Master's degrees in Statistics and Psychology and a Ph.D. in Mathematical Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.

Katarzyna Pietrzak
Director of Product Pricing, PKO Ubezpieczenia
Senior actuarial professional with over 27 years of job experience in large multinational financial groups and small insurance companies in Poland. In the past, performing the Chief Actuary function, led risk management, product and underwriting teams and, for the last ten years, managed pricing teams in insurance companies. Responsible for implementation of online pricing in the second largest non-life insurance company in the Polish market (Warta), being part of the Warta Digital project, co-leading "Pricing and Price Optimization" training in Aviva Quantum University (internal courses for actuaries and data scientists).
At my current position in PKO Ubezpieczenia, responsible for pricing and data exchange with a bank, co-leading project of introducing new digital insurance products to the bank.

Dr. Jiří Střelický
CEO, CSOB
Jiří Střelický became the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CSOB Insurance on 1 December 2018, having previously held the position of a member of the Board of Directors responsible for the management of the Life and Non-Life Insurance Division in this company since 2016. Before that he work as a board member in Generali group in the Czech Republic since 2011 and Poland since 2009. He also gained valuable experience at McKinsey, where he started his business career in 2005. He graduated with a master's degree in Discrete Mathematics at the Masaryk University in Brno. M.A. degrees and Ph.D. in Economic Theory helds from CERGE-EI in Prague. During Ph.D. studies he had study stay at the University of Berkeley and also at the University of Bonn.

Robin Gilthorpe

Robin Gilthorpe, a veteran of the financial services sector, has 25 years of experience as a successful business leader. During his career, he has held executive and board leadership roles at technology and insurance companies, including TIBCO, Software AG, DataSynapse and ESW Capital. In his most recent role, Gilthorpe served as founding Chief Operating Officer of Salty, the pioneer of embedded insurance.
He graduated with a degree in Economics and Italian Studies from Lancaster University, and was selected as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum.

Dror Pockard
Chief Strategy Officer, Earnix
Dror Pockard is an executive with over 30 years of experience building and leading start-ups, and in senior executive roles in large global companies. His expertise lies in strategy, business development, and M&A.
Prior to joining Earnix, Dror was CEO of Colibri Spindles Ltd., a company focused on connecting Industry 4.0 manufacturing devices with the emerging Internet of Things (IoT) market.
Dror holds an MBA in Information Systems and a BA in Management and Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel. He is a mentor in the Israeli Microsoft Accelerator, and is a board member of the Branco Weiss Institute and Yuvalim, two charities in the education space.

Osnat Yanushevsky Yacoby

Osnat Yanushevsky Yacoby serves as VP Operations at Earnix.
Osnat has over 20 years of experience in running complex and multi-million-dollar operations around the globe (US, Singapore, Sri Lanka, India, Israel). She held leadership positions within the Banking, FinTech and Retail technology industries. In 2008, she took the role of Director for Finantix, heading APAC Professional Services Singapore, leading global wealth management and regulation programs for banks in the Asia Pacific region. In 2012 she was appointed as Trax Technologies COO, establishing the Company operations unit.
Osnat holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business, New York.

Yaron Lavie
Vice President of Products, Earnix
Yaron has over 15 years of experience in delivering and defining advanced solutions for financial institutions worldwide. As VP Products, Yaron leads the product management team, responsible for product strategy, roadmap and definition. Before joining Earnix, Yaron was Founder and CEO of Pareto Pulse, a company that developed, marketed and sold predictive analytics solutions to global financial institutions. At Pareto Pulse, Yaron oversaw the entire product development cycle, starting from the idea phase through design, development and delivery and overseeing sales, marketing, business development and product development.
He holds an MBA degree in Finance and Technology Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yaron is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program of the IDF.

David Howland

David Howland has over 20 years of experience crafting compelling brand stories and serving as a dynamic evangelist and thought leader. He has a successful track record of driving accelerated revenue and measurable impact through strategic initiatives across multiple industries and customer segments.
As CMO of Earnix, David is responsible for extending awareness and adoption of Earnix’s compelling value proposition into new and existing markets while promoting the success of its customers. Previously, David led the global brand and digital marketing for Nasdaq, helping drive its growth and transition from a traditional financial services company into a FinTech pioneer.
David holds an MA from the University of Oregon and a BA from the College of Wooster.

Reuven Shnaps, Ph.D.
Chief Analytics Officer, Earnix
As the company’s Chief Analytics Officer, Reuven Shnaps leads the Earnix Analytics organization. In his role Reuven oversees Earnix product roadmap management and directs the company’s analytics strategy, as well as research and delivery for Earnix customers worldwide. Reuven has spent more than 20 years developing and analyzing advanced statistical and economic models. Over his 10+ years at Earnix, he has gained extensive experience in crafting analytical solutions, and managing and implementing pricing & analytical projects for leading financial institutions around the globe. Prior to joining Earnix, Reuven worked in the economic and statistical consulting group at Deloitte & Touche in the United States, serving corporate clients across multiple industries. He holds a PhD and a master of arts in economics from The University of Pennsylvania and a master of arts in business economics and a bachelor of arts in economics and statistics from Bar Ilan University.
