In 2016 Anton joined Hollard after consulting for 19 years where he currently looks after projects and strategic initiatives in Hollard Insure. One of Formula One's most widely recognized personalities, David Coulthard MBE won 13 Grands Prix during a stellar career spanning 15 seasons with the Williams, McLaren, and Red Bull Racing F1 teams. During the 2001 Drivers’ Championship, he placed second to Michael Schumacher. After more than a decade in F1, Coulthard was the most accomplished British driver ever at the time of his retirement. Yaron has over 14 years of experience in delivering and defining advanced solutions for financial institutions worldwide. As VP Products, Yaron leads the product management team, responsible for product strategy, roadmap and definition. Before joining Earnix, Yaron was Founder and CEO of Pareto Pulse, a company that developed, marketed and sold predictive analytics solutions to global financial institutions. At Pareto Pulse, Yaron oversaw the entire product development cycle, starting from the idea phase through design, development and delivery and overseeing sales, marketing, business development and product development. Prior to founding Pareto Pulse, Yaron worked for Finastra, where he managed sales support for credit analysis solutions to strategic customer accounts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and oversaw new product initiatives in the area of credit analysis software. 

During his 14 year career in the financial services solutions space, Yaron has worked closely with financial institutions across the world and specializes in banking analytics and credit risk solutions. He holds an MBA degree in Finance and Technology Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yaron is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program of the IDF.

 Udi Ziv has 30 years of experience as a CEO, entrepreneur, and senior executive at the intersection of the financial services and technology sectors. As CEO at Earnix, Udi is focused on accelerating the company’s growth, enhancing the company’s line of products, and scaling its business operations out of its seven global hubs. Former Analytics Manager and Senior Economist at Ford Credit

Over his 30-year career at Ford and Ford Credit, Dr. McCarthy developed a broad range of forecasting, simulation, and scoring models for Auto Finance for both U.S and international markets. He established and managed many of the analytic teams at the core of Ford Credit’s Global Analytics function, including credit losses, lease residual values, securitization, and capital adequacy. For Marketing, he developed structured program evaluation processes for marketing and pricing actions, established. contract level profitability expectations, and initiated auto loan price optimization. Most recently he built a team to provide analytics for the FordPass consumer app and oversaw model governance for Ford Marketing Analytics, even as he continued to support Ford Credit’s lease-renewal optimization program.

Prior to this role, he led the development, go-to-market, and sales for NICE’s Real-Time Authentication Solutions.

 

Be’eri holds a Kellogg-Recanati Executive MBA from the University of Tel Aviv and Kellogg Northwestern, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
